Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialGhost ("the Service"), operated by SocialGhost Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SocialGhost.
• During the early access phase, account creation is gated behind waitlist approval. Only approved emails may create accounts.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to use SocialGhost to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Create content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Impersonate other creators or brands
• Upload or generate content containing malware, hate speech, or illegal material
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create using SocialGhost, including scripts, video ideas, and channel strategies.

License grant: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., rendering videos, generating scripts, analyzing channel data).

AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI (scripts, images, voiceover) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

• Connecting your YouTube channel requires explicit OAuth consent.
• You are solely responsible for content published to your YouTube channel, whether generated by SocialGhost or not.
• SocialGhost is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube/Google.
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service at all times.
• We are not liable for any actions YouTube takes against your channel.

The SocialGhost platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of SocialGhost Intelligence. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Stock media sourced from Pexels is subject to the Pexels license. AI-generated images are provided under our standard content license for your commercial use.

Early access: Early access users receive complimentary credits during the beta period. Credit amounts and expiration are at our discretion.

Future billing: When paid plans launch, we will provide at least 14 days notice of pricing changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

No refunds: Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on cancelled accounts expire at the end of the billing period.

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Generated content stored on our servers will be deleted within 30 days.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALGHOST INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialGhost Intelligence from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
